Be honest. Not about what you hope will happen. About what will actually happen if the pattern continues. This question is not meant to discourage you. It is meant to make the cost of standing still impossible to ignore.
This is not about what they have achieved. It is about who they are.How do they respond under pressure? How do they make decisions?   How do they show up when it is hard and when no one is watching? Describe that person in detail.
Not the circumstances. Not other people. Not timing. The thing inside you that has been present every single time things did not go the way you planned. You probably already know what it is. This is the space to say it out loud for the first time.
